Andrew Fletcher |
Defence SA is a government administrative unit established under the Public Sector Management Act 1995, reporting to the Premier as Minister for Economic Development.
Defence SA commenced operations 1 September 2007.
Mr Andrew Fletcher has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Defence SA. He is a highly respected engineer with more than 30 years experience in senior management roles in the engineering and construction industry.
Mr Fletcher has extensive corporate governance experience in the private and public sectors and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Engineers Australia and the American Society of Civil Engineers and a Foundation Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. He is a member of the Environment Protection Authority Board and a former member of the Economic Development Board.
